When you purchase from Kho Bo Hut you can rest assured that you are purchasing from experienced professionals dedicated to customer satisfaction. We work hard to make your dealings with us as smooth and simple as possible. Please read over our detailed store policies listed below.

OUR PRODUCTS:

We are an authorized  retailer of Vua Kho Bo (New Jerky Mfg, Inc) for all products that are manufactured by New Jerky Mfg, Inc.  All of our products are inspected and passed by USDA.

PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards ( Visa and master card) .

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal.

We also accept Cash (at your own risk),Bidpay and Money Orders.

You will be notified by email when we process your payment.


ORDERS CANCELLATION :

To cancel an order made by mistake or change of mind please do so online or contact us at khobohut@gmail.com immediately during our regular business hours (9am-7pm EST). We'll try our best to cancel your orders if made by mistake. No cancellations will be made once the package is shipped.

DISPUTES & REFUNDS:

* You Must submit any claims or disputes you may have with respect to any charge to your account in writing to Kho Bo Hut within 30 days from the time said charge was made; otherwise any claim or dispute with regard to said charge will be waived and the respective charge will be final and not subject to challenge. In the event of any default by you to make payment, you will be responsible for all reasonable expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and costs)incurred by Kho Bo Hut in collecting moneys owned.


ORDER WITH CONFINDENCE:

After you place your Order. We will immediately e-mail you an order conformation invoice.

You will receive an updated e-mail with your tracking number when you order is shipped.


LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:


We are not responsible for lost,delayed or damaged shipments unless you notify us within 15 days. Notify us immediatedly if you order has been damaged in transit so we can file a claim within the required time frame.
